Decent hangover food

Ordered take out online, and that was an easy process. Walked in to pick up my order and the place was very clean, and I was immediately greeted by a smiling staff. They had my order right away and confirmed what my order was. I was in & out in minutes with hot food. I ordered the traditional wings with hot buffalo sauce & cheese fries. You know, the diet plate special 😂 the fries were very good, but the cheese sauce was like the kind you get on stadium Nachos. I was hoping for something better. The wings were okay, but nothing special. Decent size, but I’m pretty sure the sauce is right out of the bottle. If you temper your expectations and roll in there with a hangover, you’ll be happy, but I don’t think this is a place to take your family for wings. There are better places for that.

very good service from nice people. We liked the menu with lots of variety. Quality of food was very good. Reasonable pricing. Will come back

7 WODS - Above and Beyond Service / Tasty Wing Joint

A WEDNESDAY MORNING IN JULY - 10 and 11 am. So, a short bit about me. I work nights. I get home at 8am. I like lunch for breakfast and vice-versa. Now, onto the experience. I start calling for food at 10am. I'm actually looking for Chinese, but I'm not getting an answer. I usually eat Happy's Pizza/Wings/etc, so was just not in the mood. I had tried Wing Stop 2x before and found it really good, so I thought...okay, wings it is. I call at 10:20. The store does NOT OPEN until 11am. However....HOWEVER, the manager stops me from hanging up and says, "Well, how soon do you need it?" I work in customer service (Hospitality) and I wasn't about to put him through the ringer like so many customers treat hotel/restaurants, so I offered 11am. He said, "you sure? I'm here, we could whip something up anyway." Well, I still offered to wait until 11am. The cashier (someone else) greeted me, their first guest of the day, promptly, courteously, and Waltons-style (if you don't know what that is, ask your grandparents, they'll chuckle and let you know...) I am sold on this place. I hope it becomes a Whitehall fixture. Even without this home run of a transaction, they are now batting 3-for-3. The test of great customer service is not weighted by one experience, but the quality in the long run - and WING STOP HAS IT.
